Elegant Sheath Wedding Dress
This is a beautiful, custom-made, vintage-inspired, romantic lace and hand-beaded wedding dress. The dress has never been worn except for alterations and fittings.
I originally purchased the dress in 2016 but postponed the wedding. I intended to wear the dress for my 2021 wedding but changed wedding plans due to the pandemic.
This dress is custom-made by Roya Hashimi, owner of Elegance By Roya bridal atelier in Alexandria, Virginia.
The dress has beautiful pearl beading and sheer sequin detailing that catch the light and brings movement and sparkle to the dress. Gorgeous eyelash trim on the lace along the train and at the waistline. Satin button detailing at the top of the keyhole back.
The dress was custom altered to fit a size 6 and hemmed to skim the floor for a 5’3” person in 3-inch heels. Bra cups have been added (size large).
Alterations - Hemmed, back and back straps taken in, a bustle added, bra cups added, sweetheart neckline created, front darts taken in.
